The University of California San Diego Noyce Program enhances secondary mathematics and science teaching in San Diego County public K-12 schools and beyond. The program currently includes a STEM teacher candidate scholarship program. The scholarship provides 1-2 years of financial support for aspiring secondary STEM teachers enrolled in the teacher education program at UCSD. The overall program is focused on the education of students in high-needs school districts within a collaborative community.
